McCoy: No Gitmo for New Mexico

Rep. Kathy McCoy, R-Bernalillo, takes a break from the floor to defend her bill, HB 778, which aims to ban the federal government from bringing Guantanamo Bay detainees through New Mexico or holding them here.

No illusions for McCoy: It’s symbolic and it’s going nowhere.
