Scott Owens in protective custody

Be sure to check out breaking news from Dave Maass regarding the measures the Santa Fe County jail is taking with Scott Owens, accused of driving drunk and killing four Santa Fe teens on June 28. Additionally, the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office is patrolling Owens’ mother’s neighborhood. Here’s the link.
